Auto designer of the bibliographic description (http://vak.in.ua/do.php)

For the active inclusion of scientific articles of professional publications in the circulation of scientific information and the publication correct indexing by scientometric systems you should list REFERENCES block after list of sources in every publication, which duplicates the list of sources in the Latin alphabet, and gives the list of Cyrillic sources in transliterated form. In addition to citing, REFERENCES block must be designed according to international standards.

You can see detailed description of REFERENCES  in "Editing Preparation of the Scientific Journals for Inclusion in Foreign Citation Indexes (VINITI RAS)» (http://www.nbuv.gov.ua/sites/default/files/all_files/201310_artilces_f ield_dopmat_files / recomend_rus.pdf)

The transliteration is done depending on the original language according to the Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 55 dated January 27, 2010. "About Harmonization of Transliteration of Ukrainian Alphabet in Latin" (the Ukrainian language) or the Requirements of the Order of the FCS of Russia dated February 3, 2010 r. Number 26 (the Russian language).

Online Transliteration:

•    Standard Ukrainian transliteration (Passport CMU 2010) (http://www.slovnyk.ua/services/translit.php)
•    Translate in Russian (http://ru.translit.net/?account=zagranpasport)

List of information sources in REFERENCES block should be designed according to international standards. One of the most popular is the standard APA (American Psychological Association (APA) Style), when the year of publication is given in parentheses after the name of the author
(Http://nbuv.gov.ua/node/929).

•        APA Citation Style (https://www.library.cornell.edu/research/citation/apa)

For design of Cyrillic citation you should transliterate the names of authors and publishing titles (titles of articles of Cyrillic publications are transliterated or omitted; you can present the English version of the author name). The names of periodicals (magazines) are presented according to the official Latin writing on the registration number ISSN (you can check the online magazine or online scientific basis (elibrary.ru, sciencedirect.com, «Scientific Periodicals of Ukraine" and many others).

You can form the citation under the APA style in online automatic creation of links:

•    Citation Machine (http://www.citationmachine.net/apa/cite-a-book)
•    http://www.bibme.org/apa/book-citation/manual

Detailed examples of design of REFERENCES block according to APA-2010 can be found on the website of the journal "Demography and Social Economy» (http://dse.org.ua/arhcive/references_rus.pdf). Each professional journal must compile and place the examples of REFERENCES block for their authors for their editions online.

You can also use styles MLA (http://nbuv.gov.ua/node/930) and Chikago, BSI - Harvard (http://publishing-vak.ru/bibliographyinternational.htm), but the editorial board must choose a style and recommend it online for the authors of publications.

In the elements of the description you cannot use curly quotation marks (only regular direct ( "") you cannot be replaced Latin letters by Cyrillic ones.
